Students and staff enjoy fun-filled House Opening Ceremony

Posted on: 11/10/2018

The school field was packed with our entire staff and student body on the glorious afternoon of Tuesday 9th October. The House Opening Ceremony, masterminded by Dr Comina (Deputy Head of Ethos), proved to be hugely popular. It was certainly a delight for all the senses, filled with vivid house colours, charity stalls, dodge ball competitions, tug of war and enormous amounts of house spirit. Our House Captain team took an impressive lead, and the Heads of House were determined to collect as many house points as they could towards the House Championship. Miss Carter dressed as a boat for MacArthur House, Mrs Pearl in her now traditional tiger onesie for Ennis House, and Mrs Berrill's bespoke Bussell House t-shirts were but a few highlights from the day. Without doubt an afternoon of joy that will be remembered for a long time!
