Public exams are a crucial time for students, parents, and carers and it is important that all involved are as well informed as possible. The school will make every effort to ensure our students receive the best possible preparation and that exams are conducted in a way that enables students to achieve their potential.

Public Examinations Summer 2024 Exams
The Summer 2024 series of public exams run from 9th May 2024 to 19th June 2024 inclusive. There is a contingency day to allow for rescheduling of exams due to widespread disruption which is 26th June 2024 and candidates are expected to remain available up to this date.
Summer exam timetables will be sent out to candidates after February half-term. Further information about exams and framework under which we run them can be found in the documents set out below.
Public Exams GCSE Results Day
GCSE results day is 22nd August 2024. Students will be able to collect their results in person from Cockcroft Hall between 9:00 and 10:30am. All Students will receive results via email which will be sent a little later on in the morning to their school email address.
Further details around proxy collection will be sent via email within the next couple of weeks.
